Hartpiece is designed to make your stay in Devon relaxed and comfortable. Indoors and out, everything has been done to make visiting easy and fun for guests of all ages. Graceful gardens and generous patio and decking fronting the Hall and to the west side of the Farm are good outdoor play areas. A choice of garden games including giant jenga along with portable child barriers are provided for your comfort and safety.

Kitchens
Guests who enjoy cooking love our kitchens. Pro Chef or Monarch range gas hob/electric ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, fridge/freezers, toasters, kettles, cafetieres, full batterie range of pots, pans, skillets and utensils, uncluttered worktops and accessible shelf space. Fine china, glass and silver-ware. The outdoor chef will appreciate our BBQs complete with range of tongs, flippers and skewers. Good supply of fresh tea towels and cleaning materials de-complicate KP. A range of coffees, teas, milk, sugar, salt and pepper arranged for your arrival.
Bathrooms
Guests are pampered with glamorous en suite and family bathrooms. Modern wet rooms (the Tappen); elegant baths and well-designed showers (Hartpiece Farm, Hartpiece Hall) - with soft, skin-smoothing Devonian artesian water throughout.
Laundry
Top of the range Siemens washers and driers provided in Hartpiece Farm, Hartpiece Hall and Hartpiece Tappen.
Water
Delicious, natural artesian well water, filtered through UV and laser filters, is sourced for guests.
Utilities
Central Heating and electricity provided at no additional charge.
Linens
Crisp, ironed sheets, elegant bedding and a set of towels per person are provided at no extra charge. Kitchen towels, cleaning cloths, vacuum cleaner, brooms and other essentials provided.
Modern indulgences ~ Hot Tub & Sauna
Our 7' round, 4' deep Alaskan hot tub and genuine Finnish sauna available for a small electricity charge. Sauna fits 6 to 8 and is equipped with soothing mood lights. Included with full-site lets or alternatively, hot tub can be booked with Hartpiece Farm and the sauna with Hartpiece Hall.
