With its mirrored, oak-beamed great room, Hartpiece Hall is ideal for celebrations and banquets and offers accommodation for up to eight adults. The Hall sits in the middle of Hartpiece, connected to the Farm and the Tappen by flagstone walkways.
Living area
The upstairs living area is comprised of 40' x 25' great hall and connecting kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with Monarch range cooker with gas hob and grill, electric double oven, and all mod-cons. Frosted glass shelving separates kitchen and dining room/lounge. Lounge with vaulted ceiling, beautiful lighting and exposed beams is furnished with antiques and stone fireplace. It can be configured to seat 24 at table.
Bedrooms
The upstairs Sunflower Room can be offered with one king size bed or alternatively configured as large twin beds with an additional small single bed optional. En suite bathroom with shower. The downstairs Gaslighter Room is as described above. It gives onto wide stone steps and flagstone patio and garden. Two further downstairs bedrooms can be made up as double or twin beds and share a family bathroom with bath/shower.
Bathrooms
There are ensuite bathrooms in the Sunflower and Gaslighter Rooms, a big family bathroom with tub/shower downstairs and further WC upstairs.
Utilities
Washer and drier in the foyer, central heating throughout, hoovers and cleaning materials supplied.
